FAQ

1. The food processor is not chopping/grinding the meat properly, how can we fix this?

Before placing the meat into the bowl, please cut into into slices/pieces, this way it is much easier for the food processor to grind it properly. If you put big pieces of meat in, or one full piece of meat into the bowl, it will not work properly. The meat needs to be sliced/cut first before placing into the bowl.

Please also ensure you do not fill the bowl up fully and allow some space at the top.

2. Can this be used to grind vegetables?

Yes off course it can! But for best results cut the vegetable, for example a Green Pepper, into 4 pieces so that it can easily grind it.

3. Why is the food unevenly chopped?

Maybe you’ve chopped too much food at the time, or the pieces are too big. Cut the food into smaller pieces. Don’t put too little food, or if the food sticks to the wall of the bowl whilst in use, you need to open the lid and scrape it off before using it again.

4. Why is the chopped food too fine or watery?

The food has been over processed. Use brief pulses or process the food for a shorter time. If you’re hitting the salad it’s fine under two or three pulses.

5. Why doesn’t the food processor work after it gets too hot ?

The product is protected against overheating. If it loses power due to overheat, unplug and wait 20 mins and it will work absolutely fine again.
