Q1.Why only see 12 modes on the screen?

1. Because of the limited screen space, we have combined the 2 modes into one group and only one of the mode names is displayed on the screen. So you can only see 12 group modes from the screen.

2. Each box has 2 modes marked 1&2; The M changes the modes and the arrows (</>) change between the 1 and 2 on each mode. There are 24 different settings.

For example: In the first group of modes (Tuina), we set up two modes, but only the name of one mode is displayed on the screen.

In the first group of modes (Tuina), the number 1 in the top left corner represents one mode, if the number 1 is constantly flashing, you are currently using this mode (Tuina). The number 2 in the top right corner represents another mode, if the number 2 is flashing continuously, you are currently using another mode.

Q2.Why does it not work properly？

1. Make sure all pads in one channel are stuck on your skin, or it won’t work.

2. The TENS Unit will be shut off automatically according to your time setting. The max timing for one round is 60 minutes. If you need more therapy, you need to reset it.

3. After you have used the machine for the first time, the on/off button will stay on the ”on” button and the screen will go off, so whichever button you press, the screen will not respond.

4. If you want to continue using the machine, you need to turn it off manually by sliding the button from the right (on) to the left (off).

5. Then you need to slide the button from the left (off) to the right (on) to turn on the machine.

Q3.A/B Independent Control, does this mean that modes and intensities can be set separately?

Brilnurse TENS Unit has 4 channels (A1,A2,B1,B2), it supports 2 to 8 pads used at the same time. You can set one mode and intensity for channel A1A2 and another mode and intensity for channel B1B2. Eg, A1A2 channel: PRESS Mode/4 intensity; B1B2 channel: TUINA Mode/6 intensity.

Q4.Why does the screen brightness go off when the product is working?

The screen brightness will go off in about 10 seconds, this design is to extend the battery life and service life, lightly press any button to wake up the screen, if not, please refer to Q2.
