Why the collar does not spray?
(1). The collar will not work automatically, you need to press the remote button to make it work.
(2). If the Beep and Vibration functions can all work normally, only the Spray function can’t work when pressing the button, maybe the collar lacks citronella spray (contain a can of citronella spray), please fill the citronella spray correctly before use each time (fill it from the Inflation valve instead of the Spray valve).
(3). If all functions don’t work, the collar or remote control needs to be charged, or they need to be paired together correctly before use, or you need to switch to the correct channel which the collar is pairing (Dog1 or Dog2 Channel).
(4). If none of the above can be solved, maybe the Spray valve is blocked. Please try to use a needle or slender things to poke the spray valve with a needle, and wipe it with a dry cloth to make it clear.

Do not use for an aggressive dog, long nose/neck dogs, smelling impaired dogs.Place the receiver collar on the middle of the dog’s neck, make sure the Spray Nozzle towards the dog’s nose.Make sure the collar is not too tight nor too loose.For dogs with long furs, trim the furs along the spray path for effective spray range.Our bark collar is suggested to use for dogs over 6 months and over 8lbs.
