3. The gamepad can not be controlled, it may be that the gamepad is not installed battery.
4. Please check whether the various interfaces are connected to a stable, need to connect the TV’s HDMI interface
5. We have two gamepads, but only the main gamepad can control the menu page (you can rotate to try)

StepsDevice Home –> System Settings –> Picture and Sound –> Voice Settings –> Digital Audio Output –> PCM/LPCM. If it is Samsung TV/LG TV, please turn on the external speakers at the same time.If it is Panasonic TV, please set the TV audio output to SPDIF output.
Note: If you encounter audio problems, please adjust the TV’s audio format to PCM or restart the product to solve the problem.
